Apparently morning sickness is an all day thing. This is somewhat misleading. The fact that it is called "morning sickness" would lead you to believe that it is something that only occurs in the morning. Not true. Apparently it sticks with you all day long. Caylie has been dealing with this for the past month, but I suppose it could be worse. She hasn't been physically sick, just "queasy". If you ask her how she feels, there is a 90% chance that she will say "queasy". However, "queasy" is better than "puking"...so, we'll take it.
90%...this is also the percentage of time that Caylie spends sleeping. I swear to you...she is always sleeping. I'm actually glad that people now know that she is pregnant, because I think they were actually starting to believe that she was narcoleptic.
Our major baby purchase here within the first two months of pregnancy has been...(drum roll please)...tap lights. That's right, tap lights. Since Caylie is getting up every few hours to use the bathroom (I'm not sure this is completely accurate, as I am usually sleeping at the time), we purchased a pack of tap lights and put them strategically throughout Caylie's path to the bathroom. Tap lights. I never would have guessed.
The dog has been the center of our universe for the past couple of years, and that is about to change. Of course, she has no idea...and I'm sure it will be quite a shock when the baby finally arrives. People have been wondering what we're going to "do" with her. You see, she's not the most well-behaved dog out there...probably not even close. We're definitely going to have to work on some of her behaviors.
But it's OK. We have a video.

Do you think she knows what she is in for?
